How long will my order take to arrive?

You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. However, we can’t guarantee that you will receive it by this period due to your location. 

For express delivery, your order will be in your address in 2 working days, with an additional cost of 9,90€

How much I have to purchase for free shipping?

If your order is over 45€, free shipping will be applied at checkout.

How can I track my purchase?

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. After confirmation you will find the carrier link where you can view the current delivery status of your order at any time. For more information or to schedule delivery, you may contact the carrier directly.

What payment methods are available to pay for my order?

You can choose to pay your order by Paypal, VISA, MasterCard or Revolut.

  • Return Policy

Can I return my product?

If the product is not used and you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 30 days. 

My product has a defect, what should I do?
If your product has a defect, we advise you to please contact us with a picture and Make 50+ will evaluate the grounds for return and will subsequently inform you of its decision. The new delivery is supported by us.

  • Account Issues

I’m having problems longing in to my account at make50+.com. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, you can select the "Forgot Password?" option below the login area.

If you haven’t received an email with your new password within few minutes, you are not registered on our site. If that is the case, select “New Customer” and create a customer account.

If you continue having other problems with logging in your account please send us your user account to info@make50.com.

Can I use discounts in my order?

If you have a discount code provided by Make50+, you can use it by including in the box “discount codes” in your purchase.
